My family would eat to Ruby’s Restaurant on Rue Louis XIV for years and when we found out Tim’s Kitchen was keeping the tradition alive, we were thrilled! My visit today brought back so many memories!! The food is always flavorful with just the right amount of seasoning. The brisket just melted in my mouth. And don’t get me started on the potato salad, pork and beans, and rice dressing that I love to eat together!! My mother and I enjoyed our visit as usual. I had to order a brisket plate to go before we left. lol If you are looking for great food and great service, this is the place to be! ”
